Kerr & Co Town & Country Real Estate Director, Jan has always been in sales, eleven years of matching homes to buyers. 2003 saw the beginning of Kerr & Co Town & Country Real Estate; and the start of a very successful business of which each day is a pleasure to go to work. Her greatest thrill was opening the Real Estate agency alongside Anna Kerr Delany, which has proven to be a formidable team, with Anna doing all the hard work; allowing Jan to concentrate on Sales. With one daughter, Karla, son-in-law Keith and three beautiful granddaughters, all to keep her busy when not on the job Jan leads a very busy life! Jan’s other interest include rally driving, watercolor painting and cross country running.

Born in Hamilton, Jill is well known in the community, with a farming background, Jill understands the culture of the area. Jill is energetic and has fabulous people skills. She shares her time between being a devoted sales person at Kerr & Co Town & Country Real Estate and being a mother of two busy teenage boys. Jill is committee member of relay for life and along with her husband Jock and their family, is very involved in local football.

He has lived in the district most of his life, being employed in the agri-business sector for 20 years, initially in livestock production and then as a livestock agent for the past 12 years. Sharon shares our property management portfolio with Michaela Hallam. Sharon is very well known for being meticulous and dedicated to all that she is involved in. She is a sought after community member involved in running Relay for Life, school fundraising groups, and coaching a young basketball team. Sharon was recently awarded an Australia Day award for her contribution as Chairperson of the Relay For Life committiee. Another local on our team, Sharon is married with two young children.

Jess is one of our Directors of first impressions. The newest member of our team, Jess has taken on the role of front office with the great enthusiasm she is renowned for. Jess is a local with a great passion for the community. She is heavily involved in the Glenthompson/Dunkeld football netball club and runs her own hairdressing business in her spare time. Outside of work Jess enjoys jigsaw puzzles, teaching IT and brewing her own spirits.
