- Michael is a principal of Kerr & Co Livestock founding the company in 1983. Michael is very familiar with Hamilton & the Western District, having lived here for the past 40 years. Michael is a respected member of the community, dedicated to his work, and his family. He is a very proud father of 4 children and grandfather of 3.

- Cathy Winnell

- Cathy has been with Kerr & Co. Livestock since 1999, joining the team of Michael, Geoff and Michael’s sons, Richard and Simon. In that time she has been part of the steady growth of the company which included the introduction of Kerr & Co. Town and Country Real Estate and the move to its current location. Born and educated in Hamilton, Cathy and her husband Geoff have two beautiful daughters and 4 wonderful grandchildren. Cathy has had extensive experience in office administration and client contact. Her personal interests include sport, particularly golf, family and her friends.

- Craig Pertzel
- Craig Pertzel joined Kerr & Co Livestock as a partner in 2002 after commencing work in the livestock industry in 1987. A passionate and dedicated stockman, Craig is widely regarded as one of the state’s leading auctioneers.
He is heavily involved in junior sport, as the co-coordinator for Auskick in Hamilton, and coaching junior basketball. Craig is married to Sue and they have 3 great kids, Maddie, Jack & Emily.

- Geoff Kerr
- Geoff’s early years were spent farming, shearing and working at the local abattoir. Geoff commenced work as a Stock & Station Agent in 1969 working throughout the Hamilton and Heywood districts. He joined Michael Kerr in 1991 and he is a loyal and dedicated member of the team. Geoff loves all aspects of the livestock industry. Outside of work, Geoff is passionate about his family and a keen supporter of the Essendon Footy Club.
